DMSC 8200 - Leadership Principles for PAs

This course will provide the learner with an understanding of how perceptions and thinking influence behavior in the workplace, and the skills necessary to manage conflict and lead change in teams, organizations, community partnerships, and health initiatives in their role as a physician assistant. Strategies for creative problem solving, communication and improved management practices will be explored. Previous course name “Organizational Leadership” (2025-26 and prior). 10 weeks
